We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a strong background in IT, data modelling, and the insurance industry, particularly in Commercial Insurance and International Program business. This role is ideal for someone who combines business acumen with technical expertise and thrives in agile, multicultural, and multi-vendor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and analyse complex data requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications and data models.
• Define enterprise data models using medallion architecture.
• Collaborate with technical teams using Databricks and other modern data platforms.
• Support application testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work within agile delivery frameworks and global project setups.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in the insurance sector or in a data modelling role.
• Strong understanding of insurance data structures and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts.
• Proven experience with Databricks and medallion architecture.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Master’s degree or equivalent in IT, Business Information, or a related field.
