Junior Digital Workplace Product Owner (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Junior Digital Workplace Product Owner to support the development and rollout of innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Agentic AI projects. You will play a key role in assessing new features, guiding stakeholders, and documenting findings to support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and assess new Microsoft 365 capabilities in the context of ongoing projects
- Provide functional guidance and expertise during workshops
- Document findings and contribute to qualification activities
- Define and prioritise product requirements and user stories
- Manage product releases and coordinate rollout plans
- Collect and analyse feedback from business stakeholders
- Track success metrics, risks, and issues
- Support license management and validation processes
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive
- Familiarity with Copilot is a strong plus
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Skilled in writing documentation (e.g. qualification reports)
- Customer- and service-oriented mindset
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
