As part of a major investment programme, the client is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead procurement activities for capital investment projects, specifically focused on process equipment. The role involves close collaboration with internal procurement and engineering teams. The team size is approximately 15 people.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement packages for process equipment within CAPEX projects (up to €50M)
• Attend kick-off meetings and present sourcing strategies
• Manage RFI/RFQ processes and analyse bids
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
• Coordinate with project teams and legal department
• Track procurement progress and report to stakeholders
• Ensure sustainability and compliance in sourcing decisions
• Manage contract execution, including milestones, amendments, and supplier governance
• Ensure documentation consistency (e.g. performance bonds, guarantees, invoices)

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement and contract negotiation (less accepted with strong soft skills)
• Proven success in CAPEX projects involving process equipment
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to apply standard processes and resolve issues
• Fluent in French and English (English-only acceptable but less preferred)
