A leading organization in the financial services sector, committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experiences. The company is seeking a QA Engineer to join its team and ensure the highest standards of quality across its systems and applications.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
• Perform CRM testing across multiple platforms to ensure seamless integration and user experience.
• Conduct API and database testing to verify data integrity and system reliability.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/testing within complex environments.
• Strong expertise in CRM testing (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms).
• Solid understanding of banking or financial services domain.
• Proficiency in API and database testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Playwright is highly desirable.
