Job Title: Senior SAP PaPM Consultant

Role Overview:

A leading organization is undergoing a major transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and is seeking a Senior SAP PaPM Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM). The role focuses on developing profitability models and generating Route Profitability reports within the SAP S/4HANA environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP PaPM, including model design, configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA, and will play a key role in delivering actionable business insights through advanced profitability analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP PaPM Implementation & Configuration

• Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP PaPM with a focus on route profitability.
• Design and tailor profitability models to meet specific business needs.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA and other systems for accurate profitability calculations.

2. Route Profitability Reporting

• Develop and optimize reports analyzing revenue, costs, and performance metrics for various routes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reports align with business goals.

3. Data Integration & Modeling

• Work with integration teams to build robust data models.
• Ensure seamless data flow between SAP PaPM and other SAP modules.

4. Customization & Optimization

• Configure allocation rules, cost drivers, and profit center models.
• Continuously improve and fine-tune models based on business feedback.

5. Profitability Analytics & Insights

• Enable scenario modeling and advanced analytics to support strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards and tools for visualizing profitability trends and forecasts.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align on metrics.
• Provide subject matter expertise in profitability analysis.

7. Testing, Validation & Documentation

• Lead testing and UAT processes to ensure model accuracy.
• Document configurations and business rules for future reference.

8. Training & Support

• Train end-users on SAP PaPM tools and reports.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

9. Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance model performance and business alignment.
