We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Front-end Engineer to join a digital product team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications and delivering exceptional user experiences. You will play a key role in shaping our eCommerce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation across our digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Front-End codebase: Deliver best-in-class user experiences by integrating with a headless CMS, feature flags, and a central API.
• Build reusable components: Promote modular architecture and ensure separation of concerns through standardised component development.
• Implement robust testing: Write comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality and stability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with UX designers, backend developers, and digital teams to deliver cohesive eCommerce solutions.
• Deploy and enhance eCommerce platforms: Launch new features and market-specific customisations while continuously improving existing products.
• Contribute to product strategy: Engage in defining new product requirements alongside Developers, Product Owners, and Solution Architects in a digital-first environment.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in building web applications using React, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in responsive design and modular architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of web development principles, lifecycle processes, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with Angular and the Spartacus Composable Storefront Framework is a plus, though not essential.
• Knowledge of SAP e-commerce, SAP Hybris, or SAP Commerce Cloud, including integration with other systems, would be advantageous.
