We are seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of infrastructure, network, and security projects in Brussels. The ideal candidate will ensure that services are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service delivery for infrastructure, network, and security projects.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices across service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related escalations and communications.
  • Prepare and present regular service delivery reports to stakeholders.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience in service delivery management within IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity domains.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks (certification preferred) to manage the full lifecycle of projects.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
