A.I. Business Analyst & Project Lead

? Mission Context & Objectives

You will join the Life Digital Solutions team within the Program Management Life Department, responsible for digital initiatives in the Life insurance domain. A key focus is the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across the business line.

Your role will involve defining a strategic roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring successful deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of AI initiatives in partnership with the central AI Competence Center. You will also help raise awareness and promote AI understanding within the Life department.

Close collaboration with the AI Competence Center and IT teams is essential, especially in aligning diverse interests.

We are looking for a Project Lead and Business Analyst to drive two main initiatives:

• An AI solution to extract insights from customer calls.
• A Generative AI tool to support content managers in enriching a chatbot for intermediary partners.

?? Key Responsibilities

• Define, document, and validate business specifications for AI initiatives.
• Align with the AI Competence Center to select the best engine and architecture.
• Oversee the implementation of AI solutions.
• Organize and conduct testing phases.
• Evaluate the added value of deployed solutions.
• Lead awareness initiatives to promote AI adoption within the department.

• Initial Duration: 6 months (extension possible depending on project evolution)

? Education

• Master’s degree required.

? Required Skills & Experience

Soft Skills:

• Structured, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Hands-on and proactive
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Team player with critical and analytical thinking
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently

Business Experience:

• Senior profile (5–8 years) with proven experience in AI solution implementation
• Skilled in writing functional specifications and executing test plans
• Solid understanding of AI technologies
• Preferred: Experience in insurance or financial services, chatbot implementation

Technical Skills:

• Required: MS Office 365, Copilot M365, Power BI
• Preferred: Python

Functional Skills:

• Experience in creating business functional analyses (process flows, screens, data flows)
• Writing user stories
• Defining, executing, and coordinating user testing
