Position Overview
Seeking a confident GRC Specialist with IT Audit expertise and mandatory banking experience. This role requires strong technical skills, governance knowledge, and proficiency in audit automation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
IT Audit & Governance
- Lead comprehensive IT audits with focus on password provisioning systems
- Conduct specialized audits for banking and financial services environments
- Implement governance frameworks for IT, cloud, and AI environments
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, PCI DSS, and banking regulations
- Develop automated audit reports and executive dashboards
- Create monitoring solutions for continuous compliance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive best practices and process automation initiatives
- Utilize ServiceNow and Jira for audit workflow management (mandatory)
- Implement technical controls and automated testing frameworks
- Integrate governance tools with existing IT infrastructure
Technical Skills
- ServiceNow & Jira: Mandatory hands-on experience
- Technical Proficiency: Strong IT systems, security, and networking background
- Automation: Experience with automated audit solutions and dashboards
- Banking Systems: Deep knowledge of core banking processes and regulations
- Banking Experience: Mandatory financial services background
- IT Audit: Minimum 5+ years specialized audit experience
- Governance: Expertise in ISO, PCI DSS, cloud, and AI governance frameworks
- Leadership: Confident professional with stakeholder management skills
- ISO 27001, PCI DSS compliance expertise
- Cloud governance and security models
- AI governance and emerging technology audit
- Risk management and regulatory compliance
- ISO 27001: Lead Auditor or Implementation
- ITIL: Foundation or higher
- GRC Audits: ISO, BCM, or equivalent audit certifications
- Additional banking/financial services certifications preferred
