We are looking for a Medior-level IT/MES Tester to join a team of four testers working on a pharmaceutical project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting testing activities related to MES systems, specifically OpCenter (formerly XFP), and ensuring quality throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

• You will design, review, and execute manual test scripts for MES systems, with a focus on OpCenter/XFP.
• You will manage the testing schedule and coordinate resources as needed.
• You will carry out both functional and non-functional testing activities.
• You will generate detailed testing reports and KPIs to track progress and quality.
• You will support the use of OpenText ALM for test management and defect tracking.
• You will advocate for robust testing practices and contribute to quality assurance during system implementation and defect resolution.

Required Experience & Skills

• You should have 3 to 4 years of experience in IT testing, ideally within MES environments.
• Experience with OpenText ALM is mandatory.
• You must be familiar with OpCenter/XFP and have hands-on experience in manual testing.
• You should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities are essential.
• A proactive and service-oriented mindset is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of ISTQB, TMAP, or GAMP methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with other MES systems and tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Snowflake is beneficial.
• French language skills are appreciated.
