We are looking for a Medior Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in large organizations and be able to manage a heavy workload efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and
professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling
meetings, and preparing documents.
• Manage internal and external communications in English and French.
• Use Excel to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and databases.
• Assist directors and teams in coordinating projects and administrative tasks.
• Manage personnel files and track HR documents.
• Organize and coordinate internal and external events.
• Provide general administrative support and respond to employee requests.
Required Skills:
• Experience working in large organizations.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good stress resilience and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
