Join a AI Engineering Team within internal IT, to develop Python-based agents and backend applications integrating Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python agents using LLMs
• Collaborate with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Build backend apps (FastAPI or equivalent)
• Work with business experts to understand needs and data
• Deliver short, agile projects (~2 months), often in parallel

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in software development
• Strong Python expertise
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask or similar
• Solid understanding of LLM concepts: RAG, grounding, context engineering
• Backend development best practices
• Exposure to data analytics or data science projects
• Fluent in English

• Able to grasp business challenges and communicate with stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Experience in API development and LLM integration
