Job Purpose:

The QA Chapter Lead ensures quality excellence across all projects by leading and mentoring the QA team. This role establishes and enforces QA strategies, drives process improvements, and ensures best practices are consistently applied throughout the software development lifecycle. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance oversight, and fostering continuous innovation in QA methodologies.

Qualifications	Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Certifications Preferred	ISTQB Advanced Level Certification (or equivalent) Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) Agile/Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM) Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certification
Years of Experience	Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing. At least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing QA functions.
Nature of Experience	Extensive experience in software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and process improvements. Proven ability to lead and mentor QA teams across multiple projects. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery practices. Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and quality metric analysis.
