 Role Overview:
 We are seeking a seasoned SAC Workforce Planning Techno-Functional Lead to join our SAP Data & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Workforce and Financial Planning, a strong background in solution architecture, and the ability to lead business engagement and solution delivery end-to-end.
 This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience with workshop facilitation, and prior work experience in a Global System Integrator or Big 4 consulting firm.

 Key Responsibilities:
•  Serve as the Techno-Functional Lead for SAC Workforce Planning engagements.  
•  Design and architect SAC solutions focused on Workforce and Financial Planning, ensuring alignment with HR and finance transformation goals.  
•  Prepare and conduct business and IT workshops, using design thinking methodologies to shape requirements and solution roadmaps.
•  Translate business needs into functional design documents and architectural blueprints.  
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to define data models, integrations, and planning logic for SAC.  
•  Support pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning for workforce planning opportunities.  
•  Align with technical and functional teams in delivering scalable solutions integrated with S/4HANA.  

 Required Skills & Experience:
•  15+ years of experience in SAP Data & Analytics, including solution architecture and program delivery.  
•  Proven hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for Workforce and Financial Planning.  
•  Experience with SAP BPC for Planning is a plus.  
•  Track record of delivering SAC Workforce and HR data transformation programs, ideally in an S/4HANA environment.  
•  Strong facilitation skills with ability to lead workshops involving cross-functional stakeholders.  
•  Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both business and IT teams.  
•  Prior experience working in or with Global System Integrators or Big 4 firms is mandatory.  
•  Work experience in Retail or Automotive sectors is an advantage.  
•  Strong documentation, presentation, and solution design skills.

 Preferred Attributes: 

Understanding of HR data models, workforce analytics, and enterprise planning frameworks.  
•  Ability to work across global delivery teams and coordinate efforts across regions.  
•  Self-starter with a consultative mindset and focus on delivering business value.
