Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Relations & Support
Act as the primary HR contact for employees, fostering strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely responses to queries.

2. HR Policy & Compliance
Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, manage grievances and disciplinary actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues through proper channels.

3. HR Systems & Records Management
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, conduct monthly data audits, and ensure all documents are valid and securely stored.

4. Attendance & Leave Management
Track and audit attendance, leave, and absences with 100% accuracy, coordinate with payroll, and handle discrepancies effectively.

5. Administrative & Operational Support
Prepare employment-related documents, manage employment verifications, assist with HR reporting, and ensure employees are equipped with necessary tools and system access.

6. Engagement & Cross-Functional Coordination
Organize and support employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., payroll, IT) to support HR operations and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

· University degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Human Resources from a recognized institution

· Professional certification (CHRP or PHR) is desirable

Skills & Competencies

· At least 2 years solid UAE HR experience in a multinational environment, including visa processes and labor law.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Customer-focused with high professionalism and discretion

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Team-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

· Diligent, responsible, and quality-focused with excellent time management skills
