Developments in two portfolios for the senior PM

- 1 IT technical portfolio
You will work closely with Operations & IT departments, in order to lead projects relative to Applications and Technology transformation or upgrades, and platform evolutions in the context of market standards. You will ensure that the business needs are justified (strategically aligned and positive business case), that the solution delivered meets the project’s objectives, is effectively and efficiently deployed within the bank and allows the realization of the set business benefits.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Drive the analysis of ideas by challenging them considering their strategic alignment and business case. Lead and perform studies and ensure the continuity by managing the subsequent implementation projects.
? Manage the successful delivery of the entire project – in close collaboration with your sponsor, business and IT Lead - to time, budget, scope, risk and quality and in accordance with BIL’s project management methods, processes and policies.
? Define, coordinate and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan to ensure that the project’s deliverables are integrated smoothly in the existing environment and that the business benefits of the project are achieved.
? Pro-actively take decisions or seek approval to ensure the project/release stays on track.
? Constantly monitor and report on project/release progress/KPI’s to the Project Steering Committee, Senior Management and the relevant Portfolio Governance Body.
? Provide direction and support to cross functional teams; provide guidance, training and direction to achieve projects’ goals.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? 8+ years’ experience working or consulting in relevant fields of expertise, largely gained in the financial services environment. Proficient in structuring, planning, monitoring of projects and taking the required actions to remediate deviation (strong drive).

? Broad knowledge of the market standards, evolutions, & skills as Swift essentials, Target2, CPBR+, ECMS, TIPS, … is a mandatory asset.
? Experience / culture in IT domains is a mandatory asset.
? Proven business delivery focus. Ability to understand, analyse, and interpret complex business or IT technical documents.
? Commitment, proactivity, solution orientation, collaboration, teamwork, transparency and being well-organized are your way of working.
? Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents.
? Resiliency, ability to work well under pressure with a proactive approach including managing multiple deadlines and changing project scope/direction.
? Strong soft skills and ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired actions.
? Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
? Fluent in English (must) and French, verbally and written. Any other language will constitute an advantage.
? Proficient with Ms Office tools (Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, Ms SharePoint/Teams). Experienced with Clarity™, Confluence / Jira.
? PRINCE II, Agile or equivalent certified.
