We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Technical Portfolio Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of digital health and clinical technology initiatives. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in clinical healthcare, emerging technologies, and digital transformation, and who holds a doctoral degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of a portfolio of clinical and digital health technology projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, IT, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align portfolio goals with organizational strategy.
  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on clinical impact, technological feasibility, and ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to healthcare.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads within the portfolio.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Doctorate degree (PhD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Sciences, or Digital Health.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in managing complex technical portfolios in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare systems, and digital health technologies (e.g., EHRs, AI in healthcare, telemedicine).
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge clinical and technical domains.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and portfolio management frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or PfMP.
  • Experience with digital transformation in large healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or local equivalents.
