Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying high-calibre candidates across various technical and commercial domains. You will work closely with our Sales and Client executive team to understand their needs and deliver quality candidates that align with our job requirements.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Partner with internal stakeholders to define hiring needs and role requirements.
· Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
· Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure quality and fit.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
· Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
· Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
· Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to support hiring decisions.
· Represent Halian professionally in all candidate interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or agency setting.
· Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with UAE labor market and regional hiring practices.
· Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
Preferred Experience
· Prior experience in tech hiring ideally at an enterprise level.
· Exposure to international recruitment or sourcing for global clients.
· Experience working in a team environment.
· Track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
