About the Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing technology company at the forefront of AI-powered platforms, digital transformation, and advanced software solutions. They are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to act as the technical bridge between customers and product engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions.

This is a highly customer-facing role suited to an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building trusted client relationships, and delivering real-world technical outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, deploy, configure, and support complex software platforms across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments.
• Build proof of concepts, pilot projects, and custom integrations to address customer needs.
• Act as the technical lead during customer engagements, workshops, demonstrations, and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to influence product development based on customer feedback.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across application, infrastructure, data, and integration layers.
• Develop scripts, APIs, automation tools, and custom functionality to support customer workflows.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support ongoing platform optimization, adoption, and customer success initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related technical discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Forward Deployed Engineering
  • Solutions Engineering
  • Solutions Architecture
  • Technical Consulting
  • Implementation Engineering
  • AI Engineering
  • Software Engineering
• Strong software development experience with Python and modern development frameworks.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, system integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to engage directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Comfortable operating in complex and fast-moving environments.
