A growing venture capital fund have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Growth Associate to join their team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for invested portfolio companies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies and prepare regular reports and presentations on the performance and growth prospects of portfolio companies.
• Work closely with the leadership teams of portfolio companies to refine business models, optimize operations, and explore new market opportunities.
• Assist portfolio companies in preparing for follow-on funding rounds, including pitch preparation, financial modeling, and investor relations.
• Support portfolio companies in scaling operations, expanding into new markets, and launching new products or services.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including co-investors, advisors, and industry experts.

Your Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-7 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a similar role focused on early-stage companies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Proven experience in advising or managing early-stage startups, with a track record of driving growth and value creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
