General Job Description

As part of the IT Infrastructure department, you will join the Network & SecOPS team, which is responsible for the implementation, advanced management, and continuous evolution of PwC Luxembourg’s network, operational security, and telecom infrastructure. We are looking for a skilled professional with strong network administration expertise to support daily operations and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain network components, with a focus on Cisco SDA, ACI, SD-WAN, and ISE.
• Manage inter-site and Internet connections, including multi-ISP setups, AS number configurations, and LUCIX connections.
• Enhance and maintain the SolarWinds monitoring solution.
• Maintain, upgrade, and automate network configurations based on evolving requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies; evaluate and test new solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational reports.
• Identify and report potential issues and risks proactively.

Technical Competencies

• Strong background in Network Administration.
• In-depth understanding of legacy Cisco networks.
• Proven expertise in Cisco SDA/ACI – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Cisco SD-WAN and ISE – Preferred.
• Experience with SolarWinds or similar network monitoring tools.

Certifications

• Professional certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable.
