Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Openlink Endur across FO, MO, BO, and Logistics.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents using SQL, application logs, and root-cause analysis.
• Perform daily health checks, EOD monitoring, and control report validation.
• Identify recurring issues, raise problem records, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and production releases.
• Maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting runbooks.
• Act as an Endur SME for business users and provide support during extended hours.

Required Skills

• 4–7+ years of Endur production support experience.
• Strong SQL and log analysis skills.
• Good understanding of trade lifecycle and EOD processes.
• Experience with physical and/or financial commodity trading.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to OpenJVS / OpenComponents and ability to review custom code.
• Knowledge of Endur interfaces with Risk, Finance, and Data Warehouse systems.
• Experience in a follow-the-sun support model.
