Job Title: Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary: Senior Software Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET Core framework. Also will be responsible for new requirements analysis, .NET coding, ACME service integration, CI/CD, and production support, all mapped to CA/Browser Forum, NCSSR, and WebTrust controls.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET Core framework.
? Ensure adherence to framed policies and industry best practices.
? Build and maintain ACME server endpoints, REST APIs, and integrations (SOAP/REST/Peer).
? Enforce secure-development lifecycle, threat modeling, code scanning, and compliance with CA/B Forum Baseline and NCSSR.
? Implement database models in MS SQL.
? Configure and manage automated CI/CD pipelines with, unit/integration tests, and container images.
? Instrument structured logging and metrics; triage and resolve production incidents within SLA.
? Conduct peer code reviews, static-analysis defect triage, and certificate-lint rule updates.
? Generate and maintain UML diagrams and technical documentation for audit evidence.
? Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments (dev, QA, production).
? Collaborate with other teams within the environment.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
? 8+ years in C#/.NET Core/ASP.NET development experience in secure web applications.
? Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, DevOps, and containerized runtime
? Experience implementing RESTful APIs, token-based auth (JWT/OIDC), and role-based access control.
? Experience with asynchronous programming and performance optimization.
? Hands-on Experience on Linux/UNIX operating system. 
? Hands-on Experience in UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related frameworks).
? Strong SQL design, EF Core, and performance tuning skills
? Working knowledge of TLS, X.509, and PKI concepts
? Familiarity with Agile Scrum, backlog estimation, and iterative deliver.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience integrating or extending CA platforms.
? ACME server or client implementation exposure.
? Infrastructure-as-Code with Kubernetes Helm deployments.
? Secure coding standards: OWASP ASVS, NIST 800-53, CA/B. Forum NCSSR mapping.
? Automated certificate linting (zlint) and compliance rule authoring.
? Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules, key ceremonies, and multi-party control.
? Experience passing WebTrust audits
? Messaging RabbitMQ and background-job orchestration (Hangfire, MassTransit)
? Hands-on with mocking frameworks, xUnit / NUnit, and mutation testing tools
