They are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support strategic architecture initiatives and technology evolution across critical business domains.
Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver end-to-end solution architectures that meet business, technical, security, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure alignment between enterprise architecture standards and solution delivery across transformation initiatives.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns, standards, and best practices to improve consistency and delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and support the evolution of business and technology capabilities.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within architecture and engineering communities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Solution Architect or Business Architect within large-scale and complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, regulatory environments, and business process transformation.
- Proven expertise in service-oriented and event-driven architectures, systems integration, and API-based solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating across business and technology teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology solutions.
