Data Analytics Platform Upgrade Consultant (m/f/d)
The environment is automated through: Infrastructure-as-Code workflows and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
To support this transition, the company is seeking an independent consultant with solid experience upgrading enterprise analytics platforms in environments relying heavily on automation.
The consultant will be responsible for handling the upgrade in a structured, end-to-end approach.
The mandate includes preparation, technical execution, validation, and final documentation.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate the current platform setup and its technical dependencies.

Build an upgrade strategy detailing the required steps and risk mitigations.

Coordinate with internal operations, automation, and security teams as needed.

Execute the upgrade within an IaC- and CI/CD-driven ecosystem.

Conduct functional and technical validation after the upgrade.

Investigate and resolve any issues identified during the process.

Produce complete documentation covering the approach, changes, and new operating standards.

Provide a handover and knowledge-sharing session to internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience upgrading enterprise-grade analytics or reporting platforms (including TIBCO Spotfire).

Strong understanding of platform architectures, service components, and deployment principles.

Practical expertise with:

Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar)

Automated deployment pipelines

Cloud or hybrid infrastructure

Ability to manage a technical delivery autonomously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities.
