Job Purpose
Oversee digital transformation of wealth management and private banking products, ensuring sophisticated client experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance and premium service standards.
Key Accountabilities
• Wealth Product Strategy: Design and execute product vision for digital wealth management platforms, portfolio management tools, and private banking services
• High-Net-Worth Focus: Translate complex wealth management requirements into user stories and technical specifications, ensuring premium digital experiences
• Regulatory Alignment: Ensure product roadmaps comply with wealth management regulations across multiple jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, UK)
• Client Experience: Collaborate with relationship managers and clients to understand sophisticated wealth management needs and translate into digital solutions
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional team delivering wealth-focused digital products, balancing innovation with risk management
Required Experience
• 5+ years in wealth management, private banking, or premium financial services with digital focus
• Experience in Hong Kong, Switzerland, Singapore, or UK markets preferred
• Understanding of wealth management products, investment platforms, and private banking services
• Track record in delivering sophisticated financial technology solutions
Key Skills
