6-month contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams in designing scalable product using Java, Spring, React js. & React Native in an Agile environment.
- Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach Agile practices
- Manage full-stack development (Java Enterprise, React JS, SQL)
- Drive technical strategy and team mentorship
- Ensure delivery excellence and regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years software development experience
- 3+ years engineering lead
- Strong: Java Enterprise Edition, SQL, Spring Framework, React JS
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- 5+ years implementing Agile methodologies
- FinTech/banking domain experience
- Experience with insurance, payment systems, or financial services
