We are looking for a Junior IT Testing Manager to support testing activities across various systems including general IT systems, websites, and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define testing strategies in collaboration with the Testing Lead for each project
• Draft and contribute to GxP documentation (e.g. test plans, reports)
• Plan and coordinate testing resources
• Design and execute functional test scripts using appropriate tools
• Ensure proper testing levels during system implementation and support quality in defect resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for testing best practices

Skills

• Solid understanding of computerised testing processes and standards (e.g. ISTQB, TMAP, GAMP)
• Hands-on experience with manual functional testing frameworks
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to manage small projects and coordinate team efforts
• Fluent in English and French
