We are looking for an experienced L2 Operations Support Engineer to support the stability, performance and day-to-day operation of complex IT environments.
The role combines technical troubleshooting, application support, monitoring and operational improvement, working closely with infrastructure, development and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
· Investigate and resolve L2 incidents, technical issues and service requests across application environments.
· Monitor application and infrastructure health and proactively address performance or availability issues.
· Support production deployments, releases, system changes and environment maintenance.
· Perform technical troubleshooting and contribute to root-cause analysis for recurring incidents.
· Provide operational support across APIs, middleware, messaging and integration components.
· Maintain operational documentation, support procedures and technical knowledge resources.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience with L2 application or system support and IT operations.
· Good knowledge of Linux/Unix, container environments and monitoring/observability tools.
· Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
· Knowledge of APIs, middleware, messaging and system integration technologies.
· Familiarity with CI/CD, configuration management, patching and system security practices.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation and communication skills.
