A global technology and consulting organization delivering innovative digital solutions to enterprise clients. The company is seeking a Product Manager & Team Lead to define product strategy and lead a small team of developers in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
Responsibilities
• Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs to align with business objectives.
• Act as Team Lead for Power Platform developers, providing guidance and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy, user needs, and technical execution.
Qualifications and Skills
• 5+ years of experience in product management for digital platforms.
• Proven experience leading technical teams or cross-functional squads.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum required; PL-900 preferred.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Abu Dhabi for 2 years.
