Project Manager, CAMERA/FUSION SYSTEMS (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear understanding and alignment on product requirements.
- Manage project execution, coordinate meetings, and facilitate issue resolution within the team and with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify project risks and inconsistencies in plans or activities.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, procurement, and internal support teams.
- Monitor and report on project status regularly, showcasing progress and results.
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.
Your Profile
- Academic background in Engineering; a formal qualification in Project Management is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in automotive projects.
- Strong knowledge of both hardware and software components.
- Solid understanding of technology development processes and Automotive SPICE standards.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (including MS Project), SAP, and version control tools such as SVN.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong commitment to team success and collaboration.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German and/or French is a strong asset.
