Your Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure clear understanding and alignment on product requirements.
• Manage project execution, coordinate meetings, and facilitate issue resolution within the team and with stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and inconsistencies in plans or activities.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, procurement, and internal support teams.
• Monitor and report on project status regularly, showcasing progress and results.
• Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment.

Your Profile

• Academic background in Engineering; a formal qualification in Project Management is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in automotive projects.
• Strong knowledge of both hardware and software components.
• Solid understanding of technology development processes and Automotive SPICE standards.
• Excellent organisational, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (including MS Project), SAP, and version control tools such as SVN.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong commitment to team success and collaboration.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German and/or French is a strong asset.
