Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with over 5 years of experience in managing a scrum team under the Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and demonstrable experience working in a data environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Process Management: Apply Agile methodology to manage the scrum process effectively.
• Team Facilitation: Enhance team creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments for the scrum team to ensure smooth progress.
• Sprint Planning: Organize and facilitate sprint planning meetings to set clear goals and expectations.
• Daily Stand-ups: Arrange and lead daily stand-up meetings to track progress and address any issues.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate meetings, demos, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper adaptation.
• Product Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner in maintaining well-organized product backlogs, making them ready for the next sprint.
• Retrospective Meetings: Organize and facilitate retrospective meetings to reflect on the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Agile Project Management.
