Senior Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join an international technology team supporting critical business applications and infrastructure. The consultant will play a key role in incident resolution, platform maintenance, software deployments, and operational improvements while ensuring service quality and reliability across production environments.

Responsibilities:
· Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents escalated by support teams.
· Monitor application and infrastructure performance and ensure service availability.
· Support software deployments, upgrades, and validation activities across environments.
· Analyse system logs and technical data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
· Collaborate with engineering and service delivery teams to improve platform stability and support processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience with Linux administration in enterprise environments.
· Good knowledge of relational and non-relational database technologies.
· Experience with scripting and automation tools.
· Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security fundamentals.
· Familiarity with virtualization, containerisation, or cloud-based platforms.
· Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and system performance analysis tools.
