Senior Test Engineer (m/f/d)

A leading European organization focused on delivering high-quality digital solutions that support public-sector operations and enhance collaboration across institutions. The organization is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to strengthen its quality assurance capabilities and ensure the reliability of critical software systems.
Responsibilities
· Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of large-scale institutional software applications.
· Review and validate project and test deliverables in alignment with internal quality standards and methodologies.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of test management and automation.
· Utilize test tools to design, execute, and monitor automated and manual test activities.
· Collaborate closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure comprehensive defect tracking and resolution.
· Prepare and maintain clear testing documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications and Skills
· Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in software testing (manual and automated).
· Strong experience with performance and stress-testing tools and test management platforms.
· Solid understanding of infrastructure, networking concepts, and software testing methodologies.
· University degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural environment with attention to detail and quality.
