Role Overview
- We're supporting a search for a Staff / Principal Product Designer to join a leading AI organization in the UAE.
- This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential to extend.
- The successful candidate will be a senior Individual Contributor (IC) who can independently drive product design initiatives, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong background in FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, SaaS, or Digital Products
- Experience designing for both B2B and B2C products
- Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Strong UX, interaction design, prototyping, and product strategy skills
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience operating within cross-functional and distributed teams
Ideally have experience with
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Exposure to data, analytics, or insights-driven products
Tools & Environment
- Figma, FigJam, Miro
- Jira, Confluence, Notion
- Analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
- Close collaboration with modern engineering teams building web and mobile products

A strategic, senior-level Individual Contributor who is comfortable working autonomously, driving product direction, and remaining hands-on throughout the design process.
