We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to drive AI product development and Agentic AI implementations across our banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and implementation of AI-driven products across banking functions
- Design and deploy Agentic AI solutions including autonomous agents and multi-agent systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML initiatives
- Define KPIs, governance frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms for AI systems
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Experience
- 5-7 years as Business Analyst with 2-3 years in AI/ML products
- Hands-on experience implementing AI products in production
- Proven experience with Agentic AI and autonomous agent frameworks
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, NLP, reinforcement learning)
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG systems, and MLOps
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Familiarity with AI governance and model lifecycle management
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities
- AI/ML or Business Analysis certifications
- Experience with conversational AI in banking
- Knowledge of banking systems and regulatory requirements
