Business Analyst – IT Systems (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery and evolution of complex IT solutions within an international environment.
The role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, structured and translated into actionable system requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Gather, analyse and structure business, functional and non-functional requirements.
· Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical and development teams.
· Coordinate with business, technical and architecture stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
· Produce process flows, functional models and system documentation using appropriate modelling techniques.
· Analyse dependencies and integration requirements between applications and technical components.
· Support testing, implementation, documentation and knowledge-transfer activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience as a Business Analyst within complex IT environments.
· Excellent requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.
· Good knowledge of UML and process/system modelling techniques.
· Experience with modelling or design tools such as Enterprise Architect, ARIS or equivalent.
· Good understanding of relational databases and application integration concepts.
· Strong stakeholder management and written/verbal communication skills.
