DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to support the development and operation of modern, secure and automated IT environments.
The role will focus on improving development workflows, automation and platform reliability while working closely with engineering teams in an international environment.

Responsibilities:
· Implement and improve DevSecOps practices across software delivery environments.
· Build and maintain tooling and infrastructure supporting development activities.
· Develop and enhance CI/CD and automation processes.
· Review code and provide technical recommendations to development teams.
· Support the monitoring and reliability of applications and underlying infrastructure.
· Collaborate with development and technical teams to continuously improve delivery processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and software development lifecycle practices.
· Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation technologies.
· Practical knowledge of Git/GitHub and container-based environments.
· Experience with technologies such as OpenShift, Helm, Kafka and Istio.
· Good understanding of application, server and network monitoring.
· Strong communication and documentation skills within international technical environments.
