We are seeking an experienced Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset Solutions to lead the design and advisory of enterprise-grade blockchain initiatives across financial services, digital assets, tokenization, payments, and emerging CBDC ecosystems.
You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, architects, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders, defining scalable and secure blockchain architectures while driving solution strategy, presales engagements, and innovation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years focused on Blockchain, DLT, Digital Assets, or Web3 solutions
- Deep expertise in enterprise blockchain architecture and distributed ledger technologies
- Strong experience with tokenization, digital assets, payments, settlement systems, or CBDC initiatives
- Proven track record designing solutions on platforms such as Hyperledger, Corda, Ethereum, Besu, Quorum, or similar technologies
- Experience leading architecture workshops, executive presentations, RFP responses, and customer advisory engagements
- Strong understanding of security, privacy, scalability, interoperability, and governance within blockchain ecosystems
- Financial services, banking, fintech, or central-bank experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end blockchain and digital asset architectures
- Advise clients on tokenization, payments, CBDC, and digital asset transformation initiatives
- Lead customer workshops, presales activities, and architectural assessments
- Drive interoperability and cross-chain integration strategies
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical best practices
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions
