Insights & Data Business Developer (Eastern Province Territory Lead) (m/f/d)

A global technology and consulting organization focused on driving innovation and transformation through data and AI solutions. The company is seeking a Territory Lead – Insights & Data to lead strategic engagements in the Eastern Province, targeting major players in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities
•? ?Drive business development activities for Data, AI, and Analytics solutions, targeting major oil & gas players, with a strong focus on ARAMCO and its subsidiaries.
•? ?Lead engagements across the full lifecycle:
- Strategy definition
- Business case development
- Use case identification and shaping
?Track record of successfully delivering large-scale Data & AI programs, from opportunity shaping to full production rollout.
•? ?Strong stakeholder engagement, executive presence, and presentation skills.
•? ?Fluent in English and Arabic.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI domains with strong business development and pre-sales expertise.
• Solid exposure to oil & gas industry dynamics, particularly upstream and midstream operations.
• Proven experience working within large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and associated technologies such as data & analytics platform solutions (lakehouses, data lakes, etc.).
• Expertise across both IT and OT domains with ability to address challenges in industrial environments.
• Deep familiarity with technologies such as Informatica, SAP, Cloudera, DataRobot, or Dataiku platforms and their integration into enterprise data ecosystems.
Preferred:
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with industrial IoT, digital twins, and smart operations.
• Strong ecosystem network across Data & AI software platform vendors, hyperscalers, and energy tech vendors.
• Technical implementation leadership from PoC to MVP to scaled rollout.
• Ability to collaborate with GSIs, technology vendors, and internal technical teams to co-create and position innovative solutions.
• Deep understanding of customer challenges in IT/OT convergence, enabling Industry 4.0 transformation.
• Experience representing organizations in client workshops, executive meetings, and industry forums.
• Proven ability to build strategic, long-term relationships across multiple business lines.
