IT Specialist – Oracle HCM Technical Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Title: IT Specialist – Oracle HCM Technical Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as an expert (Technical SME) for technical objects pertaining to Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning, and Compensation.
2. Handson experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementations, including REST/SOAP APIs, adapters, and integrations in an Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud environment involving Core HR and Payroll.
3. Oversee and supervise the entire technical solution developed by Oracle SI partner and recommend best practice suggestions as well as adherence to modern cloud technology coding and design standards for designing third party interfaces, alerts, letters, reports, dashboards and automations.
4. Handson experience on Oracle HCM Fusion adapters available in OIC for connecting to various third parties.
5. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
6. Lead and own the design of technical interfaces related to third parties ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
7. Lead the design and development of reports and dashboards using OTBI and BIP.
8. Manage RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) in Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
9. Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning for Oracle Fusion HCM Applications.
10. Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and security standards.
11. Expertise with hands on experience in HCM Data Loaders (HDL) to manage and execute the entire Data Migration process including overseeing extraction and transformation of HR Data from legacy systems. Should have hands on knowledge of running and debugging HDL upload activity.
12. Should have technical knowledge of all HDLs in Oracle HCM like Worker.dat, AssignmentTerms.dat, TalentProfile.dat. Person and other assignment data including EITs etc.
13. Should have working knowledge of developing and designing Oracle HCM Letters and Alerts via the Alerts development framework. Lead the design and ensure best practices being implemented in technical components.
14. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
15. Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, translate them into technical configurations, and provide guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM technical capabilities.
16. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for clients’ Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.
17. Support the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Financials, Time & Attendance).
18. Conduct training and develop documentation, including user guides and training materials, to facilitate smooth adoption and usage.
19. Monitor updates, patches, and new releases of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring the system is maintained and enhanced as needed.
20. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
21. Provide knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure a smooth transition to day-to-day operations post-implementation.
22. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Oracle product updates, and emerging technologies related to HCM solutions.
Manage HR, IT, Legacy system, Third Party (integration vendors) stakeholders as part of the implementation lifecycle.
