We are seeking a Junior Digital Workplace Product Owner to support the development and rollout of innovative solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Agentic AI projects. You will play a key role in assessing new features, guiding stakeholders, and documenting findings to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess new Microsoft 365 capabilities in the context of ongoing projects
• Provide functional guidance and expertise during workshops
• Document findings and contribute to qualification activities
• Define and prioritise product requirements and user stories
• Manage product releases and coordinate rollout plans
• Collect and analyse feedback from business stakeholders
• Track success metrics, risks, and issues
• Support license management and validation processes

 Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including collaboration tools such as SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive
• Familiarity with Copilot is a strong plus
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Skilled in writing documentation (e.g. qualification reports)
• Customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
