Our client, a leading private banking and asset management institution, is seeking an experienced Process Analyst to join a strategic MFTA transformation programme. The role will focus on analysing and optimising Transfer Agency operating models, supporting the migration between Back Core and Multifonds environments, and ensuring efficient delivery across business and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse current-state Transfer Agency processes and define target operating models aligned with programme objectives.
- Gather, document, and challenge business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Identify process gaps, operational risks, and optimisation opportunities across the MFTA landscape.
- Produce high-quality process documentation, business requirements, workflows, and impact assessments.
- Partner with Operations, IT, Product, and Programme teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Support testing, business readiness, and change management activities throughout the programme lifecycle.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst within Asset Management, Private Banking, Fund Administration, or Transfer Agency.
- Strong background in large-scale business transformation, operating model redesign, or migration programmes.
- Solid understanding of Transfer Agency processes and fund operations.
- Experience working in complex stakeholder environments and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to Multifonds and MFTA-related programmes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; French is considered an asset.
