About the Role
Support a critical Salesforce implementation project at a premier banking institution in Abu Dhabi. This role offers hands-on experience shadowing an experienced Project Manager in an enterprise digital transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and support the Project Manager in daily project activities
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document detailed minutes
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and status reports with exceptional accuracy
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the Salesforce implementation
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors
- Monitor project risks, issues, and budget expenditures
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 4 years in project coordination or support roles
- Banking/financial services experience preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM projects is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail – critical for this role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform advantageous
- Proactive, self-starter with strong work ethic
- High professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Eager to learn and develop project management expertise
