QA Analyst - Offshore (m/f/d)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst with strong experience in mobile application testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Appium, Selenium, and Python scripting, with additional experience in performance testing using JMeter. A background in healthcare applications is a strong plus.

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Perform automated testing using Appium and Selenium frameworks.
- Write and maintain Python-based test scripts for automation and validation.
- Conduct performance and load testing using Apache JMeter.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure mobile apps meet functional, usability, and performance standards across devices and platforms.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile application testing (iOS and Android).
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium and Selenium.
- Proficiency in Python for test automation scripting.
- Experience with JMeter for performance and load testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of mobile testing tools like BrowserStack, TestFairy, or Firebase Test Lab.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
