Reporting & Data Lead (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reporting & Data Lead. This role is pivotal in managing and streamlining data operations, reporting processes, and leading daily activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data management, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive high-quality, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
A solid understanding of in-market data and its complexities, along with experience using activity data in the pharmaceutical industry to generate actionable insights, is essential.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee go-to-market datasets including activity, in-market, patient, and market research data.
· Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure alignment.
· Monitor data quality and enforce policies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
· Lead reporting processes to deliver actionable insights.
· Ensure timely and accurate report generation and dashboard development.
· Coordinate with country OE-leads and analytics teams to standardise KPIs and reporting frameworks.
· Manage day-to-day data and reporting operations.
· Optimise workflows for issue resolution and demand management.
· Align resources across IT, analytics, and business teams.
· Establish and maintain data governance frameworks.
· Define roles and processes for managing data assets.
· Promote ethical data usage and accountability.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Minimum 8 years in data management, reporting, or related roles, ideally in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
· Proven track record in managing data projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
· Strong proficiency in BI and data analysis.
· Familiarity with pharmaceutical data landscapes and CRM data models.
· Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Snowflake, Power BI.
· Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
· High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to lead critical initiatives within a matrix organisation.
· Fluent English proficiency is mandatory.
