A leading organization operating in the financial services sector is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Expert to strengthen its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud, working closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions within Financial Services Cloud, translating business requirements into effective and maintainable configurations.
- Advise Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders on solution design, impact analysis, and Salesforce best practices.
- Develop solutions in line with an "Adopt before Adapt" approach, prioritizing standard Salesforce capabilities wherever possible.
- Configure and optimize OmniStudio / OmniScript, Flows, Validation Rules, Security & Sharing models, and Data Models.
- Support business processes through Case Management, Lead & Opportunity Management, Reports & Dashboards, and related Salesforce functionality.
- Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal team members to ensure sustainable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio / OmniScript, Flow Builder, Security & Sharing models, and Data Modelling.
- Strong analytical and solution-design skills, with experience working effectively in an Agile environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst, as well as experience with Apex development, would be advantageous.
- Experience with Boomi integrations, financial services or banking environments, and Contact Center processes is considered an advantage.
The assignment is expected to last 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension, on a full-time basis. Hybrid working is available, with 2 days per week in the office, and the preferred start date is as soon as possible.
