Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams across all stages of the sales cycle to articulate the business value of SCM
- Supporting & Drive complex SCM opportunities as solutions expert. Presenting & demonstrating the solutions will be a major part of your tasks.
- Leverage healthcare / Life science knowledge to recommend relevant and innovative solutions that support your customers’ desired outcomes
- Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Design, present and articulate Oracle SCM to a variety of external and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Focus on overcoming obstacles to achieve the customers’ desired outcome.
- Stay up to date and increase your skills and knowledge in SCM and modern demonstration techniques.
- Address the competitive landscape and handle objections.
- Ensure a smooth handover for a successful customer implementation.
- Represent Oracle as a credible expert, providing current and new product information through workshops and at customer or Hcare/LS events.

- In-depth SCM knowledge.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive knowledge of business applications (Proc, contracts, order mgmt, inventory, scm planning, demand planning, logistics,...)
- 10-15 years of experience in enterprise Healthcare transformation applications ( ERP, HCM, SCM , CX, EPM).
- Minimum 5 years of presales experience in Oracle Fusion Applications SCM.
- Having hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Applications is highly recommended – certifications is welcome.
- Hands-on Experience with Oracle Saas SCM applications
- Sales methodology knowledge, including processes and disciplines.
- Ability to apply technology to drive innovation, experience in utilising design thinking and customer journey mapping a plus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent desirable
- Based in KSA – language: Arabic & English.
- Travel will occur.
