Senior AML/KYC Analyst (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Senior AML/KYC Analyst to support investor onboarding and compliance activities within a leading international financial services organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence reviews, and managing risk assessments across a diverse portfolio of clients and investors.

Responsibilities:
· Conduct customer and investor due diligence reviews, including both standard and enhanced assessments.
· Perform AML/KYC checks and risk evaluations in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
· Gather, review, and validate documentation required for onboarding and periodic reviews.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external parties to resolve compliance-related queries.
· Escalate high-risk cases and support the decision-making process through clear risk analysis.
· Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives and regulatory projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field.
· Strong experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Financial Crime, or Regulatory Operations.
· Good understanding of international anti-money laundering regulations and investor due diligence requirements.
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make informed recommendations.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
· Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.
