Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Analyst. You will be responsible for scoping business needs, overseeing IT developments, and conducting testing activities. The role may also include supporting the Project Manager in steering certain initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor project progress (Datahub, Rialto, and upcoming 2026 projects)
- Conduct business needs analysis and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and contributors
- Plan and facilitate workshops
- Draft functional specifications and test plans
- Respond to development team queries and ensure alignment
- Perform testing and support user acceptance phases
- Maintain and update project documentation
- Provide Level 3 application support
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong experience in business analysis within IT environments (minimum 7 years)
· Proven ability to manage project tracking, requirements gathering, and functional testing
· Familiarity with Datahub and Rialto projects or similar data/reporting platforms
· Excellent command of functional specification writing and test case documentation
· Ability to lead and animate workshops and cross-functional meetings
· Experience in user support, particularly in UAT and Level 3 application support
· Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and business teams
· Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
